A3:Certainly! Please provide us with the following parameters, and we will assist in choosing the optimal suspended platform:
1. Load Capacity: Please specify the desired load capacity in kilograms (e.g., 500kg, 630kg, 800kg, or 1000kg).
2. Lift Height: Indicate the required lift height in meters.
3. Material: Select either steel or aluminum based on your needs.

Q4: Can you assist with the platform installation?
A4: Absolutely. Initially, we will provide a detailed manual to guide you through the installation. If required, we can dispatch our engineers to your location for installation, with the costs covered by you.
Q5: What is the payment procedure?
A5: A 30% deposit is required to commence production. Upon completion, we will send you photos and videos. The remaining balance should be paid before shipping, after which we will arrange delivery and provide the shipping details.

A6: Shipping generally takes between 7-30 days, depending on the distance and shipping schedule.
