A4: Absolutely. We provide a comprehensive manual to guide the installation of the tower crane. If needed, we can also dispatch our engineers to your country to assist with the installation, although you will need to cover their costs.
Q5: How should I pay?
A5: A 30% deposit is required upfront. We will commence production upon receipt. Once production is complete, we'll send you photos and videos. The balance must be paid before shipping, after which we will arrange delivery and inform you of the shipping details.
Q6: How long does it take to ship?
A6: Shipping typically takes between 7 to 30 days, depending on the transportation distance and shipping schedule.
