A2:Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just 1 unit.
Q3: I want to choose a suitable suspended platform, can you give me some advice?
A3: Please provide us with the following parameters so we can help you choose the right suspended platform:
1. Load capacity: Specify the desired load capacity in kilograms (e.g., 500kg, 630kg, 800kg, or 1000kg).
2. Lift height: Specify the desired lift height in meters.
3. Material: Choose between steel or aluminum.
4. Power supply: Is the required power supply 380V/3P/50HZ?

A5: You need to pay a 30% deposit first. Once production is completed, we will provide you with pictures and videos. You need to pay the balance before shipping, after which we will arrange delivery and provide you with shipping information.
